Install Better Likes

Use Firefox for Android from the AMO link above. Kiwi Browser also works — it's a Chromium fork that accepts Chrome Web Store extensions natively.

iOS support is planned via a Safari Web Extension distributed through the App Store. Until then, watch the GitHub repo for release news.

Both are Firefox-based and the Better Likes AMO listing technically installs, but the Tor Project and Mullvad both recommend against adding third-party extensions — each new extension narrows the anonymity set and can be used as a fingerprinting signal. If anonymity is the reason you use one of these browsers, leave the default extension set alone.

DuckDuckGo's desktop and mobile browsers do not support general third-party browser extensions — only their built-in Privacy Essentials package. Better Likes cannot run there today and there is no install path for us to publish through.

Samsung Internet supports add-ons through the Galaxy Store with a curated review process. We plan to submit Better Likes there once the extension exits beta; for now, on Android use Firefox or Kiwi.

If your browser is Chromium-based, the Chrome Web Store install works in 99% of cases. If it's Firefox-based, the AMO link works. When in doubt, try the recommended button above — it follows your browser to whichever store actually accepts our package.
